1. Accepted Payment Methods

At Power Lith Energy, we strive to make your purchasing experience as smooth as possible. We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and Maestro.
• UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other UPI apps.
• Net Banking: Available for all major Indian banks.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select pin codes and order values. (May require a partial advance payment).

2. Partial Advance Payment for COD

To prevent fraudulent orders and ensure serious commitment, we may require a partial advance payment (e.g., 10% or 20% of the total order value) for Cash on Delivery orders. The exact percentage will be displayed at checkout. The remaining balance must be paid in cash to the delivery executive at the time of delivery.

3. Payment Security

We take your security very seriously. All online payments are processed through Razorpay, a highly secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Power Lith Energy does not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI PIN details on our servers at any time.

4. Failed Transactions

If your payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, please do not panic. Failed transactions are usually automatically reversed by your bank within 5-7 business days. If you face any issues, please contact our support team with your transaction ID or Razorpay Payment ID.
